However, the prices and items listed on our web site menus are NOT guaranteed, and are subject to change without notice based on market price, market availability, unforeseen food shortage, or any other unforeseen reason. 

 Finalized guest counts are required to be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Should the number of guests exceed the guarantee, the food service provider reserves the right to make a substitution for the original entrée ordered and may be subject to a late fee or adjustment based on new guest counts.
